Biography
Marjorie Fontalvo is an undergraduate advisor in the USF Bellini College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Computing. She previously served in a similar capacity for USF's College of Engineering in the Computer Science and Engineering Department. She has also worked with USF's Office of International Programs, where she helped international students with a variety of issues.
Fontalvo enjoys seeing new students grow into confident professionals ready to take on the world. She always reminds students that computing touches every aspect of everyone's life and that everyone, regardless of background or age, has a place in it. Outside of work, she's the director of membership for the American Association of University Women. She is also involved in several educational research associations.
