John Krajicek
Executive Coach
John Krajicek is an emotional intelligence and mindfulness-based coach and executive professor who has worked with thousands of professionals on leadership, communication skills, self-awareness, emotional and social intelligence, mindfulness, and professional presence. He is also a musician, artist, meditation teacher, and a former Certified Public Accountant.
As executive professor and assistant director of business communication studies for the Mays Business School鈥檚 MBA programs, Krajicek was on the faculty at Texas A&M from 1996 to 2020. He was the recipient of multiple teaching awards, including two Association of Former 黑料爆料 Awards.
In his coaching, workshop facilitation, and speaking engagements, Krajicek draws on his own practice, experience, and research, as well as his formal training in emotional and social intelligence, mindfulness based stress reduction, and coaching.

As an executive coach, Krajicek focuses on creating authentic, trusting relationships with his clients, with the goal of helping them discover and create their best self, both personally and professionally. Using the transformational tools of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and persistent awareness (of self, others, and context), he is fueled by a passion to guide professionals in the cultivation of a mind that is calm, patient, and at peace, even in stressful situations.
After working with John to polish my presentation skills and learn the most engaging way to interact with a conference room full of people, I have become extremely aware of how effectively his tools work.
