Dave Snee
David Snee is a seasoned executive, educator, and former U.S. Navy Captain with extensive experience leading large-scale organizational transformation across government and industry. He most recently served as Managing Director for a $170M Navy modernization program, where he built and led a 200-person team delivering enterprise cloud migration, SaaS/PaaS implementation, cybersecurity, and data strategy. Following a distinguished 27-year naval career, including commanding two warships and serving in senior Pentagon roles, he has continued his passion for mentoring and leadership development through consulting, business ownership, and teaching. He previously taught Naval Science at Virginia Tech and now serves as an instructor at USF鈥檚 Muma College of Business Executive Education Center, where he brings a global perspective, deep expertise in strategy and operations, and a commitment to preparing the next generation of leaders.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Memphis, a Master of Science in Information Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina鈥檚 Kenan-Flagler Business School.
