Vickie Lynn completes CSWE Program Director Academy

Vickie Lynn, PhD, MSW, MPH, assistant professor of instruction and MSW program chair in the School of Social Work, recently completed the CSWE Program Director Academy.

The CSWE Program Director Academy, an initiative of the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), is designed to support new program directors with three years of experience or less in the role as they navigate the complexities of social work program administration. The program provides participants with practical strategies and resources to strengthen their leadership, manage program operations effectively, and connect with fellow leaders and mentors.

Lynn connected with fellow program directors from institutions across the country, building a supportive community of peers who are committed to advancing social work education through strong and effective leadership.
