Haley Ault, Ph.D.

Haley Ault, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education at the University of South Florida, a National Certified Counselor, and Licensed Professional School Counselor (TN).

Her research centers on promoting effectiveness in counseling through 1) enhancing school counselor leadership identity, 2) counseling underserved populations, and 3) assessment and evaluation in counseling. She earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Tennessee and served as a school counselor in Knoxville, TN. She holds professional memberships in the Association for Assessment and Research in Counseling, the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, and the American School Counselor Association. In 2023, she was selected as an AARC Emerging Leader.
